We work together to identify the root cause of obstacles and challenges. Many times these relate back to fear of change, wanting to stay in the comfort zone, and not feeling certain about the outcome.

We work together to identify what's causing your roadblocks and to overcome whatever that is.


We approach this ‘Control the Chaos’ in four 60 minute sessions:

The 4 Weeks

Week 1: Understand your biggest pain points.

  • We work together to identify your challenge areas that will be most impactful to tackle.
  • We will categorize these challenge areas into 4 buckets so we can methodically tackle each one.

Week 2: Design the systems that address each challenge area.

  • We'll inventory the step-by-step routines you'll need.
  • We'll discuss tools and templates that would work best for you.
  • We'll develop your approach for creating the systems.

Week 3: Fine-tune your systems

  • After you’ve had a chance to use your systems for a few weeks, we will review what’s working and what isn’t.
  • We'll optimize the systems to best address your initial challenge areas.

Week 4: Final accountability call

  • In this 4th call, we focus on consistency and accountability, two keys to making any change.
  • And, we craft a longer-term action plan for you.

  • Four 60 minute, personalized 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Q&A in between sessions (FB Messenger, Whats-App or Voxer)
